Janša manages to avert asset freeze, news portal reports

Ljubljana, 15 December - Opposition Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša will not have his assets frozen during the court proceedings in which the state prosecution wants to confiscate his allegedly unlawfully gained assets worth almost EUR 400,000.

SDS leader Janez Janša on his way to prison in June 2014 after the ruling in the Patria corruption case became final, but was later annulled and the case fall under the statute of limitations.
