Slovenia Needs SIT 733 Billion for Investments in Energy Sector
Ljubljana, 27 November - SLOVENIA/ENERGY/PROGRAMME/SOVIČ
According to Boris Sovič, State Secretary to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Slovenia will have to earmark almost SIT 733 billion (ECU 4.5 billion) for investments in the energy sector in the next ten years, of which as many as SIT 78 billion in 1997. Sovič presented a draft national energy programme for the years 1997-2006 at a press conference Wednesday in Ljubljana.
