New attempt made to reform health insurance

Ljubljana, 20 December - After months of negotiation, Health Minister Milojka Kolar Celarc has set out a new version of the health care and insurance act, a key reform bill which proposes replacing top-up insurance with a contribution spanning between 20 and 35 euro, depending on the insured person's status and income.
