Government Changes Competition Conditions for Lending Locations Along Motorways

Ljubljana, 27 November - GOVERNMENT/ENERGY/SHELL
The government changed, at its session Wednesday, the conditions for lending locations along motorways for the construction of supporting service facilities, allowing oil companies which currently are not present in the Slovene market to participate in the competitions. Item 3 of the regulation was put on the agenda of today's government session after protests from Agip and Shell and warnings from Brussels that the regulation is not in accordance with the European regulations, director of the European Affairs Office Benjamin Lukman told after the session.
