Supreme Court upholds decision paving way for deportation of Syrian refugee

Ljubljana, 19 January - The Supreme Court has dismissed a temporary injunction which enabled Syrian refugee Ahmad Shamieh to stay in Slovenia until his asylum application has been processed. This means that he is again facing deportation to Croatia.
