Papers: Serbian bank without clearance to take over Gorenjska Banka

Ljubljana, 30 January - As the shareholders of Sava are due to decide on Tuesday whether to sell the holding's 37.6% stake in the bank Gorenjska Banka to the Serbian bank AIK, the papers report that the latter no longer has the clearance from the Serbian central bank to increase its stake in the Slovenian bank.
