Delo on the London Conference
Ljubljana, 5 December - After one year it is necessary to examine the progress and results of the peace-process in Bosnia-Herzegovina so that the international community can decide whether its assistance can from now one be more economic than political and military. With the world not wanting Bosnia to become an international protectorate, one can understand why the international community will hold a conference every six months to decide whether foreign military presence in Bosnia is still necessary, the Ljubljana daily Delo writes Thursday.
