Constitutional Court rejects Shameieh's appeal

Ljubljana, 13 March - The Constitutional Court has rejected the appeal by representatives of Ahmad Shamieh that it examine the decision of the Supreme Court to dismiss a temporary injunction by the Administrative Court which enabled the Syrian refugee to stay in Slovenia until his asylum application has been processed.
