Ljubljana, 15 March - PM Miro Cerar's decision to expeditiously step down after suffering a Supreme Court defeat in the second rail track case comes in handy, enabling him to avoid a number of issues, including the sale of NLB and the implementation of the border arbitration award, the business newspaper Finance comments on Thursday.
