Regulator denies reports of approving takeover of Pro Plus
Ljubljana, 29 March - The Competition Protection Agency (AVK) denied media reports on Thursday that it had given green light to US media company United Group to take over Pro Plus, the owner of Slovenia's most popular commercial TV stations POP TV and Kanal A. It said that the procedure was still under way.
