Brussels proposes oral hearing over arbitration lawsuit for 2 May

Brussels, 10 April - The European Commission has proposed 2 May as the date to hold an oral hearing about Slovenia's lawsuit against Croatia over alleged breach of EU treaties for failure to implement the border arbitration decision. The hearing will be an opportunity for both parties to present their observations, the Commission said on Tuesday.
