Constitutional Court annuls provision capping compensation for erased

Ljubljana, 11 April - The country's top court has annulled a provision that limited the total amount of compensation to those erased from the permanent residence registry in 1992, opening the door to higher compensation claims under a special law governing compensation of the erased.
