Beekeepers' representative calls for measures to protect bees

Ljubljana, 14 May - Slovenia's initiative to have the UN declare 20 May World Bee Day has helped raise awareness of the importance of bees, but a lot more will need to be done to create the conditions for their survival, the Slovenian Beekeepers' Association president Boštjan Noč told the STA in an interview.
