Pahor will offer Janša mandate to form government

Ljubljana, 4 June - In his first reaction to the Democratic Party (SDS) winning Sunday's general election President Borut Pahor repeated that he would grant a mandate to form the government to the winner, regardless of whether he liked the outcome or not.
