Brussels, 4 June - European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has congratulated Janez Janša on the victory of his Democratic Party (SDS) in Sunday's election, expressing the belief that Slovenia's future government will make a valuable contribution to joint efforts to build a democratic, successful and stronger EU.
