Anatol withdraws from Cinkarna Celje takeover

Ljubljana, 13 June - Anatol has announced it is withdrawing from taking over chemical company Cinkarna Celje. The company, which published a takeover intent on 4 June, announced on Wednesday it would not publish a takeover bid, because it had not been given clearance to carry out due diligence in time.
