Will politics prevail over law at EU Commission in Croatia border dispute?

Brussels, 15 June - Politics appears to be prevailing over law at the European Commission with respect to Croatia's rejection of the border arbitration decision. Unofficially, the Commission leadership, politically affiliated with Croatia's, insists this is a bilateral issue even though its legal service shares Slovenia's view that Croatia is violating EU law.
