Delo says EU's neutrality on arbitration is actually siding with Croatia

Ljubljana, 18 June - Almost a year since the declaration of the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration award, there are no signs of a breakthrough regarding its implementation, the newspaper Delo says in Monday's front-page commentary. Brussels' talk of a bilateral nature of the border issue is not a neutral stand but siding with Croatia, it says.
