EU Commission without opinion on border arbitration dispute

Ljubljana, 18 June - The European Commission will not issue an opinion on Slovenia's plan to file a lawsuit against Croatia over its non-implementation of the border arbitration award at the EU Court of Justice. The Commission said in Brussels on Monday it was still ready to mediate and that Slovenia and Croatia should find "an amicable solution".
