Please note that the proposals on distribution of profit and changes to the articles of association have been put forward by the management and supervisory board of Gorenjska Banka and not AIK Banka as incorrectly stated in the 7th and 8th paragraphs of the copy released on 18 June. Kranj, 19 June - The shareholders of Gorenjska Banka will meet on 20 July to take a vote on new members of the supervisory board, distribution of profit and change of the articles of association. The shareholders' meeting will be held at the behest of the Serbian bank AIK Banka, which holds about 33% in the Slovenian bank.
