Panzanini Wins Maribor Giant Slalom

Italian Sabina Panzanini (2:34,74) won the World Cup giant slalom race in Maribor, after she was fifth in the first run. Sharing the second place were another Italian Deborah Compagnoni and Austrian Anita Wachter (2:34,82). Slovene Urška Hrovat was fourth (2:35,23), while her colleague Mojca Suhadolc (2:36,78) ended up 15th.
