Delo calls for new world order

Ljubljana, 12 July - The newspaper Delo says in its commentary on Thursday that the relation between higher custom tarrifs and economic slowdown was like the issue with the chicken and the egg. What came first? Is China to blame for the problems of the US or have the US made China what it is today, the paper wonders, calling for a new world order.
