Speaker calls local elections

Ljubljana, 13 July - Speaker Matej Tonin called local elections for 18 November on Friday. A second round will be held on 2 December in municipalities where no candidate will manage to get more than 50% support in the first round. Although coalition building talks are in the focus for many parties, some have already launched preparations for the local election.
