Ljubljana, 19 July - After Janez Janša declined to be nominated prime minister-designate, effectively ending the first round of the nominating procedure, the focus has shifted on strategy for the next two rounds. Statements by some of the major players indicate all options remain open, with the procedure likely to be dragged out.
