Večer and Dnevnik announce merger
Ljubljana/Maribor, 1 August - Dnevnik and Večer, Slovenia's leading newspaper publishers, announced a merger on Wednesday, after they have applied for regulatory approvals from the Culture Ministry and the Competition Protection Agency.
