Jazzinty festival kicks off in Novo Mesto
Novo Mesto, 13 August - The 19th Jazzinty, an international festival best known for its workshop, will start in Novo Mesto on Monday. About 100 young jazz musicians from 15 European countries will work with ten mentors until Saturday.

The workshop participants will experience several novelties this year, project manager Jure Dolinar has told the STA, adding that a record number of musicians were taking part this year.
The musicians are coming from Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Russia, Spain, the Netherlands, the UK and South Korea, according to Dolinar.
The town of Novo Mesto will moreover come alive in the evenings with jazz concerts of Slovenian and foreign artists.
