Delo on NATO Enlargement and SECI

Ljubljana, 15 January - The daily Delo writes that taking into account the vitality of Slovenia's integration in NATO, Slovenia should consider the latest US initiative on cooperation in South and East Europe (SECI) in the framework of the efforts to enter alliance. The daily stresses that Washington launched the initiative in the framework of global planning.
