German Interior Ministry is right in the explanation that by introducing visas for the children who would like to spend more then permitted three months in Germany it is only filling in the gap in the asylum law which exempted those younger from 16 from stipulations. Germany is right by saying that it is only adapting to the EU Schenghen legislation on foreigners. The most disturbing fact accompanying this legally justifiable and explicable German new legislation is the fact that all western Europe, drowning in social and budgetary problems, is turning against foreigners, the daily Dnevnik writes Wednesday.
