Delo: Strong consensus needed to give intl agencies more powers

Ljubljana, 19 September - Since the security situation in Europe has worsened, it is important that intelligence and security agencies perform efficiently, but a strong social consensus will be needed before they are given more powers, the newspaper Delo says on Wednesday.
