Losing lawsuit over MEP expenses, journalists announce appeal

Ljubljana, 25 September - A group of journalists led by a Slovenian investigative reporter has lost a lawsuit against the European Parliament over data on expenses of MEPs. The EU Court of Justice has sided with MEPs, ruling that they do not have to answer to the public, investigative reporter Anuška Delić told the STA on Tuesday, announcing an appeal.
