Slovene foreign ministry is aware of the problems Slovene truck drivers are facing when travelling abroad, yet no state can guarantee its citizens total security and protection when being aboard, told press the Head of Consular Service at Slovene Foreign Ministry Milivoj Butinar Monday. The press conference focused on the problems Slovene truck drivers are facing in the East European countries.
