Dnevnik says defence spending not army's only problem

Ljubljana, 11 October - Slovenia's plans to increase defence spending was "the main dish on the menu of yesterday's lunch" of NATO boss Jens Stoltenberg and Slovenian officials, Dnevnik says on Thursday, but adds the Slovenian defence system faces many other challenges.
