Church not to get Alpine waterfall and lakes in kind

Ljubljana, 18 October - A landmark waterfall and a series of lakes below Slovenia's highest peak will not be returned to the Ljubljana Diocese in kind, but the Church will get compensation. However, such decision by the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning is being challenged in court, the newspaper Dnevnik has reported.
