Proceedings on Freezing Foreign Currency Funds of Belgrade Bank Continue

The proceedings concerning Slovenia's lawsuit against the Belgrade Bank Cyprus Branch continued Wednesday at the Nicosia District Court in Cyprus. The attorney representing Slovenia resumed questioning the witness of the defendant party. The questions again related to deposits of foreign currency funds by citizens with the former National Bank of Yugoslavia and to its obligation to repay the funds, the Ministry of Finance reported.
