Delo: Rome Was Not Built in a Year

Ljubljana, 23 January - It is hard to asses the meeting of NATO Secretary General Javier Solana with the Russian leaders in Moscow earlier this week. Yet, the NATO seems to be quite satisfied with the development of relations with Russia and Solana's visit to Moscow, writes Delo's correspondent from Brussels.
