Madrid, 9 November - Slovenia's Prime Minister Marjan Šarec addressed the congress of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) in Madrid on Friday, expressing confidence the liberals would make a powerful force in the fight against Euroscepticism.
