30 Lawmakers File Demand for Constitutional Court's Decision on Constitutionality of Certain Parliament Standing Orders

Ljubljana, 28 January - PARTIES/CONSTITUTION/COMPLAINT
A group of 30 lawmakers, members of the Slovene People's Party (SLS), Social Democratic Party (SDS) and Slovene Christian Democrats (SKD), signed and filed a demand for the constitutional court to decide on constitutionality of articles 241 and 265 of the parliament standing orders, which according to them contradict the second paragraph of article 118 of the Slovene constitution, the SDS deputy group reported.
