Popovič's request for recount in Koper denied, Bržan stays winner
Koper, 7 December - The Koper electoral commission has rejected in full a request for a recount of ballots cast in Sunday's mayoral run-off filed by outgoing Mayor Boris Popovič. A recount nevertheless took place in one polling station, with the election winner, radio host Aleš Bržan, getting a few more votes.
