Five Slovene insurance companies with a licence to carry out the compulsory motor insurance changed conditions under which cars will be insured from 1 April onwards. More risk-prone groups - car owners under 25 years of age and those who intend to travel abroad - will have to pay higher insurance premiums, they told the news conference Friday.
