ECHR sides with Slovenia in landmark ruling on striking companies off court registers

Strasbourg, 11 December - The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has upheld its previous ruling that Slovenia had not violated the rights of Ljubomir Lekić when he was made liable for his company's debt when it had been struck off a court register without having wound it up.
