Top long-distance recreational runners are Slovenians

Ljubljana, 11 March - Slovenians are the fastest recreational marathon runners in the world, the largest global marathon study has found. Between 2014 and 2017, Slovenian recreational runners, female as well as male, finished a distance of 41.195 km in three hours, 55 minutes, and six seconds on average.
