Petrol shareholders looking at a record EUR 18 dividend

Ljubljana, 11 March - The energy group Petrol has called an AGM for 18 April at which the shareholders will decide on the management's proposal that EUR 37.6m out of the EUR 49.8m in distributable profit is earmarked for dividends, which amounts to EUR 18 gross per share.
