Delo says even Kučan uses safe line to communicate

Ljubljana, 10 April - Slovenia is considered one of the safest countries in the world, yet increasingly many politicians, business executives and journalists, including the prime minister and Slovenia's first President Milan Kučan, are using a safe line to communicate, the newspaper Delo says on Wednesday.
