Delo: China should accept freedom if it wants to coop with EU

Ljubljana, 12 April - "China is welcome in Europe, but not as an alternative to European lapses", Delo says commenting on the ongoing summit of the 16+1 initiative in Croatia. It adds that the EU should let China in only as "a partner which wants to build the world on what is sacred to us: freedom and knowledge".
