Economist calls for social consensus on raising productivity

Ljubljana, 16 April - Economist Dušan Mramor believes Slovenia is in a perfect position to adopt a social consensus to raise productivity. Academics should act as mediators to have employers, employees and the state take measures that would increase productivity. The latter should then be rewarded for meeting the set goals, he said.
