Police confiscate EUR 1.8m in cash found in Hungarian vehicle
Murska Sobota, 10 May - Slovenian police came across EUR 1.8 million in cash during a routine traffic stop on the motorway between the Pince border crossing with Hungary and Maribor last week. The money was confiscated as the two men in the goods vehicle, both Hungarians, failed to explain the source of the euro banknotes or present any cash transfer documentation.
