Ljubljana, 31 August - SLOVENIAN CHAMBER OF ECONOMY/ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
today's meeting of the Electronic Equipment Manufacturers, Franck Gabron, the Secretary of the Slovenian Metal Processing Industry Association, issued a statement following a discussion on the state of the car industry after the adoption of Regulations on Reduction of Customs Tax Rates. Mr Gabron stated "Our discussions and efforts are not heading towards stopping the import of cars in general. However, we do not agree with desires of some countries for a duty-free import situation without those countries then buying our products."
