Slovenia under cold spell
Ljubljana, 16 May - Slovenia has not experienced such a cold late-spring weather since 1978. Temperatures have been lower than average spring ones by seven degrees Celsius, said climate expert Gregor Vertačnik, who pointed out that a longer period of cold snaps in spring did not imply a warm summer.
