Turnout until 4pm higher than five years ago

Ljubljana, 26 May - Just over 18.3% of eligible voters cast their votes in the European Parliament election by 4pm on Sunday, two percentage points more than five years ago, the National Electoral Commission said. Still, turnout was lower than in EU elections in 2009 (19.21%) and 2004 (19.5%).
