Paper calls on govt, FIDES to solve problems without affecting patients

Koper, 1 June - The decision of the trade union of doctors and dentists for the medical personnel to start adhering strictly to new workload standards and norms as of 1 June is causing unease and anger among the people, because patients are not responsible for the shortage of doctors, the newspaper Primorske Novice says on Saturday.
